We are grateful for your contributions which enable us to provide grief counseling support to those suffering from the traumatic loss of a loved one. After a free initial intake assessment, a donation of $25 per hour session is suggested. No one is ever turned away for an inability to donate. A donation of any amount will fund and continue our pastoral mission. "In Memory of Me" is a proprietary pastoral grief mentoring program offered by Glory Vine Ministries International Inc. a Ky. registered non-profit 501(c)3 corporation.
Any loss of life can be severely traumatic to those left behind. Our focus is on mentoring those struggling with the emotional pain triggered by their personal loss.. We will partner with you to help you sort through those complex and often conflicting emotions associated with mourning and the grieving process. A loss for any reason can be addressed. Traumatic loss specialties include but are not limited to: loss due to an accidental overdose, suicide, premature child loss, SIDS and pregnancy loss - natural or unnatural, Our initial ministry outreach and parent organization Glory Vine Ministries International Inc, was founded in 2003 as an after care program for pregnancy loss and post abortion recovery. As the need for grief mentoring increased, we expanded to support recovery for loss of human life for any reason or due to any circumstance. Our propriety pastoral grief program, "In Memory of Me", will meet you where you are in your grief journey and mentor you through at your own pace. We are incorporated as a Catholic non-profit 501(3)c ministry supported by grants and personal donations. We offer donation based services with an ecumenical approach to all in need, Both Roman Catholic and interdenominational models of support care are offered. We welcome all.

If your feelings are overwhelming you or you are unable to sort out your feelings after the loss of a loved one, we are here to help you process and walk through the challenge of the grieving process. We achieve this by providing a neutral, safe, supportive, confidential and comfortable space. Non-judgmental, we listen and serve as a witness to your reality and the painful journey of your loss. We support your concerns and gently guide you towards your own healing path without expectations, limitations or making demands of you and respecting your personal journey of mourning while offering a spiritual God centered approach.
If you choose to work with us, we promise to partner and mentor you through every step of your journey. Our goal is to guide you as you move emotionally and spiritually through the pain of your loss to a place of acceptance and peace.
Grief is a personal experience. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. There is no time limit on grief. It is important to grasp that no two people grieve in the exact same way. Depression, anxiety, fear and anger are just some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point of the grieving process. Through empathetic, confidential, pastoral grief counseling, we are able to partner with you through your journey and to help mentor you to a place of acceptance and perspective. One to One, family and group options are offered.
Most individuals experience post traumatic symptoms after the tragic loss of a loved one. Anxiety, fear, depression and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger far beyond traumatic loss events. Even if a loss is anticipated after a long term chronic terminal illness, the shock and reality of loss can hit hard. We can assist you in unraveling these emotions.
*Note: "In Memory of Me" does not replace licensed Physicians, Medical Personnel, Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists or other licensed health care providers. As accredited Pastoral Counselors we can partner and mentor you to better manage these symptoms while guiding you spiritually through the process of grief and healing. Pastoral Grief Counseling can not diagnosis treat or prescribe medications to assist in these cases. However, we augment medical care of this nature by providing emotional and spiritual support that ventures past and works in tandem with traditional medical and clinical treatment.
Even the strongest relationships can be strained by the loss of a loved one. Couples, families and close friends can be caught in the cycle of grief and become estranged, bitter and withdrawn. Pastoral Grief Counseling can be beneficial to those who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection and better understand each others' individual stages and journeys in the grieving process. Sessions held in a supportive, neutral environment afford a safe place to explore issues and work towards solutions to aid in closing the distance and pain cause by the trauma of a loss.
